"You Belong To My Heart" is a popular song.
The music was written by Agustín Lara, the lyrics by Ray Gilbert. The song was published in 1944.
The two biggest hit versions were by Bing Crosby, with the Xavier Cugat orchestra, and by the Charlie Spivak orchestra.
The recording by Bing Crosby and the Xavier Cugat orchestra was released by Decca Records as catalog number 23413. It first reached the Billboard magazine Best Seller chart on May 24, 1945 and lasted 9 weeks on the chart, peaking at #4. [1]

The melody is from a Spanish language song, "Solamente Una Vez." Another set of English lyrics, by Janis and Rick Carnes, has also been written, under the title "Only Once in My Life" (written in 1998).
