You Are There is the fourth album by Japanese post-rock band Mono, released in 2006. It was recorded in 2005 at the Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago, Illinois, by Steve Albini.

• The CD version comes with a removable paper slipcase around the jewelcase which can be flipped around to provide two different versions of cover art.
• "The Remains of the Day" is titled after the acclaimed 1989 novel of the same name by Japanese-British author Kazuo Ishiguro.
