You're Gonna Miss Me is a documentary film about Roky Erickson, the former frontman for the band The 13th Floor Elevators. The film covers his heroin and LSD binges, struggles with schizophrenia, stays at Austin State Hospital and Rusk State Hospital for the Criminally Insane, and his eventual recovery and return to performing music. The film takes its name from a single by The 13th Floor Elevators.
The documentary was nominated for a 2007 Independent Spirit Award for Best Documentary.
