This sounds like a made-up word. The first ten Google hits don't use the term in the sense used in this article. It's mostly organizations called Youth Voice whatever. I'm not disputing the concept, just the term. Also article needs serious work. Herostratus 06:46, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

- The article does need serious work, because there is a significant body of academic research, social practice, and theoretical development that specifically addresses youth voice that does need cited.
