[edit] Cleanup

I added a cleanup tag, the formating is choppy as if someone cut and paste text in, paragraphs need to be combined, bullet lists removed and replaced with written blocks of text. It also needs to be checked for possible copyvio as parts look like it was cut and paste. 71.191.137.121 (talk) 03:11, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
