[edit] Publication Ban
Just a note, that any information relating to the bail hearings of these individuals is subject to a separate publication ban issued by Justice of the Peace Keith Currie on June 12th 2006. Sherurcij (talk) (Terrorist Wikiproject) 20:22, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Placeholder Names
If any effort can be made to find out how the court is referring to them, we can replace these generic names with those. --Crossmr 18:16, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Yup, definitely. Sherurcij (talk) (Terrorist Wikiproject) 18:17, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Hrm, not a fan of the Richard/Stiles format - John Doe #1, #2 and #3 would seem better to me. Sherurcij (talk) (Terrorist Wikiproject) 18:23, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

- Well we should try to stick to some precedent here if we can. Maybe try and find some news paper articles/police reports that refer to several unknown males in Canada. We can change to the 1, 2, 3 if you want, but keep John as there is no precedent or usage for Jimmy in that context. --Crossmr 18:51, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Template
I'm a bit wary of the wording of this template. The phrase "Great caution should be made when editing the page" raises the question, "Why?" Because of the legal ramifications, or because of WP:NOR? I also don't like the sentence, "Any edits deemed sensitive will be immediately deleted, rather than reverted." What does "sensitive" mean in this context? Remember that there is no such thing as a publication ban in the United States, and neither Wikipedia nor any non-Canadian editor would have any legal liability for violating a Canadian publication ban. -- Mwalcoff 02:51, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
