[edit] Introduction

I toned down the introductory paragraph which stated that Firpo dominated the Pacific Northwest boxing scene during the 1920s and 1930s. Only two boxers could really legitimately claim to dominate the Northwest during that period; Leo Lomski and Freddie Steele. Lomski by sheer popularity and Steele by sheer dominance.--Matt1978 22:26, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

  • You should talk to the author regarding that. I was simply the poor fellow who happened to wikify it. ;-) MadMax 01:05, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
