• used for identification of wrestler Davey Boy Smith, the subject of a TWC program.
• a single screenshot of a relaxed Davey Boy Smith and does not show any actual wrestling or the outcome of the wrestling match. It therefore should not compete with the copyright holder's usage.
• of reduced resolution (512x384 pixels)
• used to illustrate the article
• not replaceable by a free image. Davey Boy Smith shot to fame almost immediately after coming to the United States and increasing in size/weight, and there are surely free images of him available from that period. However, he was a complete unknown while still a scrawny beginner wrestler in the UK, which is when this screenshot was taken.
