Concept drawing and the finished article both by Storm Thorgerson. Everything took longer than expected as they had to wait for the giant scissors to be made by a props company, then just pray for a sunny afternoon to finally shoot the cover. You can't really see from this small jpeg but there are cut up Simon and Benji's on the ground just behind the scissors.
