I believe the use of this picture constitutes fair use because I intend to place this picture in the section of the Bradley Nowell article that pertains to Bradley's introduction to music in his youth, and this picture depicts Bradley Nowell playing music at a young age. -- Andrew Parodi 06:56, 6 November 2005 (UTC)
