Yoshioka (吉岡町 Yoshioka-machi?) is a town located in Kitagunma District, Gunma, Japan.
As of September 1, 2007, the town has an estimated population of 18,747 and a density of 914.49 persons per km². The total area is 20.50 km².

Located in central Gunma, it sits on the southestern slopes of Mount Haruna and in the Tone River region. The western half of the town has an elevation between 200 m and 900 m, while the eastern half is mostly flat, with an elevation between 100 m and 200 m.
