Yoshinori Ohno (大野 功統 Ōno Yoshinori, born October 16, 1935) was Japan's Minister of State for Defense in Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's third Cabinet. He is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party.

Ohno was born in Kagawa Prefecture in 1935 and attended the top high school in Kagawa before going to the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo. Upon graduation he joined the Ministry of Finance in 1958 and traveled to the United States on a Fulbright Scholarship. He speaks English and French fluently.

Ohno ran for governor of Kagawa Prefecture in 1978 but lost. He was elected to the House of Representatives in 1986 for the first time. He served as Minister of State for Defense from 2004 until Junichiro Koizumi's final cabinet reshuffle in 2005.
