Yoshimasa Hayashi

Yoshimasa Hayashi (林 芳正? born 1961) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi, he graduated from the University of Tokyo and studied at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He was elected to the House of Councillors for the first time in 1995.
