[edit] Progress

I'm not sure on the standards or guidelines as to plot summaries, but I am trying to summarize the narrative as cleanly and briefly as possible, while not omitting any particularly significant points. Though at this rate it's looking like this will be a considerably longer plot summary than, say, Romeo and Juliet, it is also a much longer play (~250 pages in Jones' translation). I hope this is alright. ... I hope to finish the summaries over the weekend, or by the end of next week at the latest. In the meantime, please recognize that this is a work in progress, and don't mess with it too much until I've done my bit? LordAmeth 13:47, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

Okay, I've finished my summary. I apologize for leaving this sort of message, but in any case I am done now, and if anyone would like to come in and clean up my work, you are more than welcome to. I recognize that the plot summary has ended up quite long, but I do believe it covers all major, important, elements of the plot. Still, perhaps it could be shortened simply by word choice and sentence structure and like that. Thanks. LordAmeth 23:45, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
