[edit] Image gallery
Can somebody start an image gallery of some of his works (about 6 pieces would be great). Thanks, I'll try to find out how to download pictures over the Christmas Break (Dec. 21- Jan. 4), but for now, I'll be dependent on others. Thank you!! - Please, please remember WP:FAIR. Use only one example. --Apostrophe 05:23, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
Yoshitaka Amono also did work on the Character designs of a SNES game called "Maten Densetsu"
also called "Maten Densetsu - Senritsu no Opatsu" Could someone add that in?
The Sandman: The Dream Hunters is actually a fictional story; this article has been edited to reflect. 150.148.0.31 16:35, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
You forgot to write that he also did a new Logo for Final Fantasy IV, and I think he also made new artwork for the FFIII NDS remake cover art. User:MorgothErmis 00.30 am 15 November 2007 —Preceding unsigned comment added by MorgothErmis (talk • contribs) 22:31, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] The Legend of Maten
Maten Densetsu: Senritsu no Oopatsu
Released in 1995
System: SNES
Amano's Role: Character Designs (maybe other artwork as well)
[edit] Seven Brothers Comic
I think Yoshitaka Amono did the cover for issue 1 of Virgin Comics's "7 Brothers". Can someone check this?

[edit] Good article nomination on hold
This article's Good Article promotion has been put on hold. During review, some issues were discovered that can be resolved without a major re-write. This is how the article, as of May 27, 2007, compares against the six good article criteria:
- 1. Well written?: Moderately. Contains some timeline style text which could be fixed.
- 2. Factually accurate?: Fine.
- 3. Broad in coverage?: Yes, well referenced as far as I can see.
- 4. Neutral point of view?: No problems.
- 5. Article stability? Generally, yes. This edit bothers me a little, as that claim should be referenced.
- 6. Images?: I'd like to see at least 2. 1 just isn't enough, IMO.
Please address these matters soon and then leave a note here showing how they have been resolved. After 48 hours the article should be reviewed again. If these issues are not addressed within 7 days, the article may be failed without further notice. Thank you for your work so far. — G1ggy! 04:39, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Prints?
Does anyone know if prints of Amano's work are available inside or outside of Japan?
[edit] N.Y. Salad Info?
Amano has certainly done the art book/TV animation N.Y. Salad but I'm not quite sure how to add it to the article. Proof that it all exists is here:http://www.amanosworld.com/html/work/salad.html and here:http://www.nysalad.net/index.html Bride of lister 11:58, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] GA Delisting
This article has been delisted as a Good Article. As tagged, the lead is far too short and the organization of the lists flips formats and needs to be made more consistent. These items violate Good article criteria 1b. The article is also in in need of copyediting with several basic grammar and style errors (criteria 1a). It also violates criteria 2a and 2b, with several large segments of prose lacking references. This is bad for a GA, but especially unacceptable for a GA article on a living person. The existing references also need some clean up to include to include dates (where available), author information, publisher, and the actual titles rather than casual ones.
