York Suburban School District

York Suburban School District is a public school district located in York County, Pennsylvania (USA). The district comprises five schools: Yorkshire, Valley View Center, East York Elementary School, Indian Rock Elementary School, York Suburban Middle School, and York Suburban Senior High School. Valley View consists of grades K-1. Indian Rock Elementary and East York Elementary both consist of grades 2-5. York Suburban Middle School consists of grades 6-8. York Suburban Senior High School consists of grades 9-12. Their school colors are orange and black with the Trojan as their mascot.
York Suburban is well known in the York area for academic excellence. York Suburban has the top PSSA scores in the county, for almost every grade level. Like most other school districts, York Suburban uses the widely spread Jane Shaffer for response to literatures.
