York Regional Road 83 is an arterial road located in East Gwillimbury (Newmarket), Ontario. It is normally called Holland Landing Rd.

This road was part of the original alignment of the Ferguson Highway, which became Highway 11. In the 1950s, a bypass to the south was constructed to help alleviate growing traffic through the town. The bypass was constructed as a divided expressway, and became the new alignment of Highway 11. The original alignment then became Highway 11B, before being downloaded to the Region of York, designating it York Regional Road 83.
York Regional Road 83 starts at Yonge Street (York Regional Road 51, by-passes Holland Landing, and ends at Bathurst Street (York Regional Road 38 .
