Hi! I am Yorkshirian and I happen to hail from Yorkshire, which is undoubtedly the greatest county. The vast majority of my edits you will find are in relation to God's Own Country, though now and again you may see me edit in other areas from anything to do with the history of the islands Great Britain and Ireland, religion in general, monarchy, politics, sport, etc.

History — I am fascinated by history and put some of my free time on here working on various things to do with the history of Yorkshire, of which I own many books. Especially interested in the Celtic, Roman, Angle, Viking periods in Yorkshire. Including the Brigantes, Parisii, Roman Britain, Elmet, Ebrauc, Deira, Northumbria and Jórvík.

Monarchy — Royalism interests me, especially regarding the House of York and Richard III who some overrated playwrite attempted to debase. I am also interested in the English Civil War period, especially the Cavaliers. Charles I and Charles II were undoutedly some of the greatest men to walk on this island. Where would we be without Christmas, fun! good times!

Politics — generally my political stances include social conservatism, green politics, Christian democracy and anti-defeatism. I support the Conservative Party and hope David Cameron can save this country, although I'm not blinkered and can admit that after Gordon Brown, Traitor Heath is the worst post-war Prime Minister. But lets focus on Tories such as William Wilberforce and Winston Churchill instead.
