Yolande Moreau (born February 27, 1953) is a Belgian comedian and film director.

In 1989 she joined Jérôme Deschamps and Macha Makeieff's troupe, of which she became one of the stars, especially with the TV programme, Les Deschiens. She played a concierge in the film Amélie, a mime in Paris, Je T'aime and a lovesick woman in Vagabond (Sans Toit, ni Loi) by Agnes Varda.
