Yolanda Barcina Angulo

Yolanda Barcina Angulo (April 4, 1960), has been the mayor of Pamplona, Spain since 1999.

In 2001, Mayor Barcina had a feud with actress Penelope Cruz about the San Fermín running of the bulls festival held every July in Pamplona.
