Yokosuka Research Park

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Yokosuka Research Park (YRP) is an area in Yokosuka City, Japan, where many of the wireless, mobile communications related companies have set up their research and development centers and joint testing facilities.

In this area about one hour and a half by train from downtown Tokyo to the south past Yokohama, there was originally NTT's Yokosuka R&D Center. YRP was constructed nearby during the 1990s.
