[edit] Fair use?

The leading texts and 'History' section of this article seem to be wholly quoted (?) from these sources:

Is it a fair use? --210.170.232.12 12:18, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

It certainly was not. I only looked at one of those pages, but it said "All rights reserved". So it was plain old copyright violation. Furthermore, it was all in the most blatant and turgid PR-speak. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a PR mouthpiece. -- Hoary 15:34, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
