[edit] No Official Confirmation of U.S. Release.
It's true that this game has an english title ("Shadowland"), and that there are screenshots of this particular version of the game, and that a certain website lists it as the "U.S. title". However, there is nothing to officially indicate that this game was ever released in the United States. Now before anybody brings up Chiller, try to understand that that game was made in the U.S.. Since Yokai Douchuuki/Shadowland was made in Japan by a Japanese company (namely Namco), U.S. companies could choose not to bring it over. Until there is anything to officially indicate a U.S. release, this article must assume that there was not a U.S. release, and thus anything unsourced to the contrary is considered speculation.
