Yogurt parfait
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A yogurt parfait is a concoction made with yogurt, fruit, and (often) granola. It is generally made in layers in a tall glass. Although the term parfait traditionally refers to an ice cream treat similar to a sundae, the meaning has drifted toward the yogurt variety in recent years. In 2000, McDonald's introduced its Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait, made with layered vanilla yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and optional granola. [1] In 2002, Starbucks introduced a similar item. [2]
