[edit] Kaduri
I was not calling you a meschichist, but the material you inserted was a misrepresentation. Nowhere do the Arutz 7 sources state that the name he was revealed was that of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, nor that his soul was the one that revealed this. JFW | T@lk 08:52, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
- Nowhere did I say or imply so. There were 2 different sentences, one saying he said to have met the Mashia`h on 9 Mar`Heshvan 5764 and another independent sentence reminding that both `Hakham Yossef `Hayim zts"l of Baghdad and the Lubavitcher Rebbe ztsa"l told him about what is bound to happen to him. hasofer 09:47, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
-
- Would you have another picture of the gravestone? The one you inserted has your shadow on it hiding the engraving. Please answer on this page. --Shuki 06:24, 3 April 2006 (UTC)

- Of course. Changed as asked. hasofer 08:16, 3 April 2006 (UTC)

- Thank you very much. Why is it such a big block? In the video, it seems as if it is under a permanent canopy. --Shuki 08:54, 3 April 2006 (UTC)

-
- The canopy was only for the burial for reasons of Kabbalah as a Hiloula. The block has special dimensions... but also shows the importance given to this Malakh in our generation.

- As a matter of fact, the matsevah for Sar Shalo-m Shar`abi zya"a on Har Zeitim is of same size. hasofer 12:44, 3 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bible verses and chapters on Wikipedia
Hello Yirmiyahou and Welcome to Wikipedia: Shavua Tov ! It is important that you see the following proposed Wikipedia policy pages and their discussion pages at Wikipedia:Centralized discussion/Verses of 1 Kings 4 and 5 AND Wikipedia:Centralized discussion/Whole bible chapter text. Thanks for giving this matter your serious attention before discussion is closed and the "policy" is set. IZAK 10:05, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for correcting the link on my userpage[1]. I hadn't realised the page had been moved to meta. JFW | T@lk 12:00, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Category:Midian et. al
Hello, Yirmiyahou. I would like your opinion and feedback regarding a discussion I am having with Briangotts here about various categories including Cat:Midian and Cat:Edom. This issue is whether the categories themselves should be subcategories of Cat:Torah people and Cat:Torah places, or whether just the articles which actually are about Cat:Torah people, such as the parent article Edom and Esau, should be tagged. Further explanation and a place to both voice your opinion and vote may be found on the talk page of Category:Midian. Thank you for your time and input. -- Avi 19:42, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Bad manners
Imagine someone had a userbox like yours for the EU and UN for Israel, the UK, or the United Arab Emirates. It is just bad manners. ROGNNTUDJUU! 20:24, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- I never asked for your disparaging comments on my talk page, neither did you. Just have a bit more respect for others' point of view. I never impose mine on others, you did impose yours on my talk page. hasofer 20:55, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- I have all the respect for whatever opinion you hold. I just think that you are able to express them in a more respectful way than crossing flags, which may offend others and is even considered a crime in many countries. ROGNNTUDJUU! 20:59, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- Bad manners indeed... My talk page is not for you to be offended, it is just mine. Your words on my talk page are in order to offend me and that by itself is bad manners, indeed. Now look at your sentence "I just think...". It does not make any sense, at least in english. hasofer 22:11, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- You understand very well what I wrote. User talk pages are not to be abused for offensive images. Crossing a flag is even considered a crime in many countries. I think that you are able to express your opinions in a more respectful way than crossing flags. Crossing flags is offensive. ROGNNTUDJUU! 22:19, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
I never said that I do not understand what you wrote... Just said that you do not know how to express yourself. YOU are the one trying to offend others. I never asked for your comments on my talk page, nor have time for your opinion. So... just stop this vandalism of people's talk page. Difference of opinion does not excuse vandalism. hasofer 22:24, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- Leaving remarks about their user pages at users' talk pages is not vandalism. Instead of talking down on people on their language skills you should just show some respect. You had a spelling error in your writing yourself when you complained about mine. I guess we just have to agree to differ. ROGNNTUDJUU! 22:34, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- And the inane drivel you resorted to on my talk page is what exactly? Unigolyn 04:20, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- Please do not leave warnings for things I did not do. I never vandalized anything, I just made legitimate remarks. If you cannot stand someone differing with you maybe you are at the wrong place. ROGNNTUDJUU! 22:36, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- Your mass-edits on talk pages of people with whom you do not agree is some kind of vandalism, though your bad manners prevent you for acknowledging so. I cannot stand wasting my time because of some fellow who thinks that Wikipedia is all about annoying others on their talk page. hasofer 22:48, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- So I am the one who deletes things in order to hide something, right? As you are obviously unable to defend your claim I remove your slanderous "vandalism" warning. ROGNNTUDJUU! 23:18, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

-
-
- For everyone to see, here is what I deleted:
-
- Other users replied in a respectful way and some already removed the symbol. Please do not paste warnings on other users' pages that may mislead others. ROGNNTUDJUU! 22:52, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
-
Now... one should look at the logged history of this fellow's talk page and find out how "other users replied" in the same respectful way, i.e. annoyed. hasofer 23:27, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- Two users already removed the flag and another one agreed to differ in a polite way. ROGNNTUDJUU! 23:29, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
Such a fellow... this ROGNNTUDJUU!... a socket too!

[edit] Orthodox Rabbinical Biography Collaboration of the Week
Hi Yirmiyahou, I've created an Orthodox Rabbinical Biography Collaboration of the Week. I'd love to see your comments, improvements, amendations and nominations, preferably all on the discussion or the actual page there. Many thanks, Nesher 13:45, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Israel bilateral relations
Hi, I could use some support in opposing merging Israel-Venezuela relations into (nothingness) Foreign policy of Hugo Chávez. Anything you can add to Israel-Venezuela relations, Israel-New Zealand relations, and Israel-Japan relations would be very appreciated. Respectfully, Republitarian 17:29, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Beit El Yeshiva
Just to thank you for the most beautiful image of the entrance door you uploaded, I have been waiting many months for a phtoto like this to appear! Chesdovi 16:48, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for your kind words on my talk page. Concerning the images, I did spend quite some time on working the positions and sizes. Is it really better all on the right uniformly sized? Shalo-m ouVerakhah, hasofer 21:45, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
- I can appreciate the time spent on making the page look appealing, however I thought it looked a bit on the messy side and think the current format is neater and more reader friendly. Images could possibly be spread out differently if the article was sectioned. Chesdovi 12:05, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Shalom Sharabi
I think you will find, if you look carefully, that there are some of Shalom Sharabi's meditations (on letter combinations etc.) in the Nusach Ari as used by Chabad. The article says nothing about Nusach Sefard, as used by other Hasidim. Please check and let me know, so that we can fix the relevant articles. --Sir Myles na Gopaleen (the da) 08:04, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
- The Nusach used by the Chabad incorporates very few elements from the Sha`ar haKawanot of the ARI haQadosh. However, I have never seen any added "intention" which comes from the Sar Shalom Shar`abi. hasofer 13:40, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Unspecified source for Image:HakhamYits_haqKadouri.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:HakhamYits_haqKadouri.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 00:33, 6 April 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 00:33, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
