Yin Tiesheng (Simplified Chinese: 殷铁生) (born August 16, 1956 in Ji'nan, China) is a Chinese football coach.

As a player, Yin was named Shandong province youth team and China national under-20 football team. But he have got hepatitis later and he was retired in 1988.

Yin became a successfully coach after he retired. He coached Shandong Taishan and won the first Chinese FA Cup in 1995. After season 1999, he move to Changchun Yatai. Yin coached China national under-20 football team in 2004. He coached another Shandong club Qingdao Jonoon from 2005 to 2008.
