Yevgeni Nikolayev

Nikolayev, Yevgenii Dmitrievich (September 2, 1921 - April 12, 1990) (rus: Николаев Евгений Дмитриевич) - commander of the radio detachment of the 128th guards artillery regiment, 57th guards rifle division, 8th guards army, 1st Belorussian front.

Rank: Guards master sergeant. Hero of the Soviet Union (order date: Oct 26, 1944, medal № 5136).

Decommissioned in 1967 at the rank of colonel of engineering forces. Continued to work as a head of the division of the All-State TV center. From 1975 - at the Research Institute of the Ministry of the Light Industry of the USSR. Buried at the Khovanski cemetery in Moscow.
