Yevgeni Gavrilovich Minaev (Russian: Евгений Гаврилович Минаев, born May 21, 1933 – December 8, 1993) is a former Russian weightlifter and Olympic champion who competed for the Soviet Union.
He was born in Klin.
Minaev received a silver medal at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne.[1]
Four years later he won a gold medal at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome.[2]
