Yes Yes Vindictive is the debut studio album from Australia indie rock/pop-punk band, Operator Please. It was released on 10 November 2007, and March 17, 2008 for UK under Virgin/EMI. The album features the singles "Just a Song About Ping Pong", "Get What You Want" and "Leave It Alone" . The album was recorded in The Grove Studios on the New South Wales Central Coast with UK producer Simon Barnicott.[3]. It debut and peaked at #28 on the ARIA charts before leaving the next week.

[edit] Promotion and touring
The album's release came after the band have played some of the UKs biggest music festivals including Leeds and Reading, and after Australian, British and New Zealand tours. Ashley McConnell said they were introduced to distortion pedals and synths in the making of the album.[4]

The lead single from the album was "Just a Song About Ping Pong" released in Australia in July 28, 2007 as a EP/single. It debuted at number 15 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart before reaching its peak of 12. It has also received significant airplay throughout New Zealand and the UK. The song won an ARIA award for Breakthrough artist single. In the UK, the lead single was "Leave It Alone" was released in November 19, 2007.
The second single "Get What You Want" was released on October 27, 2007 in Australia and February 17, 2008 in the UK. It debuted in Australia at number 40 after then reaching its peak of 27, after falling to 49.[5] It has yet to chart in the UK.
The third single "Leave It Alone" was released in Australia on February 25, 2008. It has not officially peaked on the ARIA Singles Chart but has peaked on the ARIA Chartifacts at peak number 90.
The albums fourth single "Two For My Seconds" will be released sometime in 2008. The music video has already begun shooting in Sydney, Australia. Behind the scenes pictures can be seen on there official music myspace page. [6]
