As they traveled around the United States and Canada with the Yankees, they participated in activities and challenges. While all four of the road trippers attended all of the games, sometimes better tickets were awarded to those who performed exceptionally in the challenges.

[edit] Season 2

The cast of Season 2 consisted of Tiffany Berryman, Maria Bova, Kevin "K. J." Jones and Julio Pabon. They were playing for points after challenges for their big Continetal Destination Trip Only Kevin Jones got enough points for his big trip to Japan.

[edit] Season 3

Season 3 premiered on Sunday, April 8, 2007, and a new twist was added: two more road trippers. But unlike the first and second seasons, the road trippers are split into 2 teams (3 people on each team). The teams compete in challenges and the winning team receives tickets to one or two series of Yankees games. Occasionally, even if you are on the losing team, there are ways to redeem yourself and win tickets to the game; therefore the number of games that each member of a certain team has attended differs. At the end of the Yankee's 162 game season, the road tripper who has attended the most games will crowned the title of "ultimate road tripper". The Season 3 road trippers were Brenda Pasono, Eddie Mata, Indio, Shelli Jackson, Dougy Walden, and Justin McManus. In the middle of the baseball season, Michelle Beadle announced that the road tripper who had attended the fewest games would be eliminated right after the All-Star break. Eddie was eliminated. Several weeks later, Brenda was eliminated. The quest for "Ultimate Road Tripper" was a long and difficult one. In the end, Shelli beat out Dougy for the title.
