[edit] Please Use the Preview Button

I would like to thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. However, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thanks again. [edit] Stu and col

Articles about bands and artists are often deleted due to not meeting our notability criteria, please make sure you know them before adding more articles about artists and/or bands.

Good luck and happy editing! -Obli (Talk)? 11:16, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

I'm sorry, but it wouldn't survive for long, but you can create it on your User page if you'd like, just for safekeeping if they should experience a major breakthrough :) -Obli (Talk)? 11:22, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. This is a non-notable band according to the criteria set out in WP:BAND. Perhaps Myspace would be a better location for this information rather than an encylopedia, until the criteria are satisfied.  (aeropagitica)  (talk)  21:01, 4 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Redirects

Hey, I noticed that you made a copy of Rosie and Jim at Rosie and jim. I just changed the latter into a redirect. It's a lot easier to use redirects than to have to maintain lots of pages with alternate spellings. Cheers and happy editing!--Kchase02 T 22:21, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] A Town Called Hypocrisy

A very long time ago (May 25?) you added "A Town Called Hypocrisy" as a lostprophets single. Why? As far as I can tell, nothing of the sort has been confirmed. I've had to revert several people adding the same thing, so I'm wondering if you can shed any light on the matter Thanks - U-Mos 17:46, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Persistent inclusion of speculation

DO NOT add speculative or untrue information to an article, as you did on Liberation Transmission. This is, as yet, a rumour. If many seperate sources speculate the same thing, it may be included as long as it is mentioned as a rumour (eg. Many fans believe the next single will be Can't Catch Tomorrow) WITH A SOURCE. If you do this again, it will be treated as vandalism. Thank you. U-Mos 10:30, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Punk Rock Jim

A tag has been placed on Punk Rock Jim, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person, group of people, or band, but it does not indicate how or why he/she/they is/are notable. If you can indicate why Punk Rock Jim is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Punk Rock Jim. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources to ensure that your article will be verifiable. -- Merope 18:26, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Green Day - Tommy Gun

Unless you can cite a reliable source, please stop spreading hoaxes on Wikipedia. If you continue to do so, I can file a request for comment against you for violating Wikipedia's verifiability policy. Thank you. -- Selmo (talk) 01:00, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding recreation of Tommy Gun (Green Day album)

I have proposed deletion again on the Tommy Gun (Green Day album) article because the article has already been deleted and you created it still with no sources. I have looked online and have found no sources from Green Day or any other reliable source. Please cite your source of your article if you wish for it to not be deleted because at the moment it is the same article as last time and it was deleted and will be again. Please see WP:RS, WP:HOAX, and WP:V for more information as creating hoaxes is against the rules and could have you blocked or banned. Thank you.  Orfen User Talk | Contribs 21:30, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Stu and Col again

You have recently re-created the article Stu and Col, which was deleted in accordance with Wikipedia's deletion policies. Please do not re-create the article. If you disagree with the article's deletion, you may ask for a deletion review. --Lijnema 13:12, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Blanking The Road That Never Stops

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages or sections with blank content, as you did to The Road That Never Stops. It is considered vandalism. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. Happy New Year Cocoaguycontribstalk 20:18, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Metallica. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. --Mr. Lefty (talk) 20:42, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Punk rock jim again

[edit] March 07

Please do not add unhelpful and non-constructive information to Wikipedia, as you did to Viacom. Your edits could be considered vandalism, and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. -- lucasbfr talk 19:37, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

Unfortunately, your personal opinion on Viacom doesn't count, since we follow a strict Neutral Point of View policy :) -- lucasbfr talk 19:47, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Dyspraxia

Your subjective opinion that Dyspraxia is a 'bulshit' term has been reverted. It would be more in the spirit of things if you discussed this rather than changing words for effect. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Huwizz (talk • contribs) 00:06, 14 March 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Stop putting spoiler warnings! They are redundant as there is a spoiler warning at the very top of the page. — Shinhan < talk > 12:44, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Lights Out (Son of Dork album)

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Lights Out (Son of Dork album), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Lights Out (Son of Dork album). —Hello, Control Hello, Tony 21:10, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
