Not at all! You're welcome! To be assured of at least one message to your talk page a week, you can sign up for the Wikipedia Signpost, a bulletin of all the happennings in the community. You will also find you'll get more messages by becoming an active member of a WikiProject and making wikifriends (editors who have the same interest as you who you come across editing common pages as you, or other editors who you may have had a dispute with but have made up with – that's cool too). Unfortunately, you will also get messages for your actions on Wikipedia which are not welcome by the community (such as an unwanted page move, or… shudder… vandalism). Hopefully, in a few months as you make some more significant contributions, you'll get a barnstar or two, as I can see you want from the picture. See you around! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. :-) --Fbv65edel / ☑t / ☛c || 03:25, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks a bunch, I feel you yourself deserve a Barnstar so I'll go drop one off on your Talk page Yengkit19 03:50, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

Why thank you! When you've been around a little longer I'll be happy to send a barnstar your way… I'll be watching to see what great contribution comes next. :-) --Fbv65edel / ☑t / ☛c || 04:18, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Yengkit19simage.JPG)

Thanks for uploading Image:Yengkit19simage.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Goofyll8.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Goofyll8.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ↔NMajdantalk 13:53, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

Uhh...well, I don't get it but I'll check out that fair use guidline and correct whatever my mistake is. Thanks for notifying me Yengkit19 16:24, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Image-Kingdom_Hearts_V_Cast_screen.jpg

Thank you for uploading Image:Image-Kingdom_Hearts_V_Cast_screen.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ↔NMajdantalk 17:28, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

Added the tag. Yengkit19 12:45, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Replaceable fair use Image:Chimarrogale_hantu_large.jpg

Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Chimarrogale_hantu_large.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 7 days after this notification, per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Quadell (talk) (random) 20:20, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WikiProject Harry Potter roll-call

Hi there. Your username is listed on the WikiProject Harry Potter participants list, but we are unsure as to which editors are still active on the project. Your name has therefore been moved to a "potentially inactive" list. If you still consider yourself an active WikiProject Harry Potter editor, please move your name from the Potentially inactive list to the Active Contributors list. You may also wish to add {{User WP Harry Potter}} to your userpage, if you haven't done so already. Conversely, if you do not wish to be considered a member of the WikiProject, leave your name where it is and it will be moved to the Inactive Contributors section. If you wish to make a clean break with the Project you may move your name to the Known to have left section. Many thanks.

[edit] Image:High Five in Pokemon DP 11.jpg

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from Image:High Five in Pokemon DP 11.jpg, which you proposed for deletion, because the page you proposed for deletion was not an article, user page, or user talk page. If you still think the page should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to it, as proposed deletion is only for articles, user pages, and user talk pages. Instead, consider using WP:IFD for this page. In some cases, a speedy deletion criterion may apply. Thanks! KTC 01:25, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use disputed for Image:Chimarrogale hantu.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:Chimarrogale hantu.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 02:29, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
