[edit] Gujarati people photo
Hi. I've seen that you've added a picture for the page Gujarati people. In my opinion the picture isn't appropriate, and you should've posted at least a planned list on the talk page before going out and making it. These are my issues:
- Jamsetji Tata is a Parsi. Whether Parsis can be included as a part of the Gujarati ethnic group is unclear. Until it is cleared up, it would be safer not to have one in the picture.
- Amisha Patel, Sharman Joshi, and Ayesha Takia are hilariously non-notable.
Personally I propose a 2x4 picture with these people:
- The top 4 political personalities: Gandhi, Jinnah, Patel, Desai
- An industrialist: Ambani
- A notable actor: Sanjeev Kumar or Paresh Rawal
- A literary figure, such as Umashankar Joshi
- A prominent NRI or a historical figure (Narmadashankar Dave)

- I actually considered every person you mentioned in that list, but all of them have only copyrighted pictures featured here on Wikipedia, except for Paresh Rawal, who only has a small, bad quality one. In any case, I would be happy to recreate the collage if 8 approriate and preferably public domain images are found. --Yenemus 16:22, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
