The Yellow Spotted Ringlet (Erebia manto) is a member of the Satyrinae subfamily of Nymphalidae. It is associated with (sub)alpine meadows at 1,800-2,500 m a.s.l., flying in July and August. It was first described from "Wien" (Vienna, Austria).
