The Yellow-shouldered Grassquit (Loxipasser anoxanthus) is a species of bird in the Emberizidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Loxipasser. It is found in Cayman Islands and Jamaica. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and heavily degraded former forest.
