The Yellow-billed Blue Finch (Porphyrospiza caerulescens) is a species of bird in the Emberizidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Porphyrospiza. It is found in Bolivia and Brazil. Its natural habitat is dry savanna. It is threatened by habitat loss.
