Yelena Vinogradova (Russian: Елена Виноградова, born 28 March 1964) is an athlete who represented the Soviet Union.[citation needed] She specialized in the 200 metres[citation needed] and often ran relay races,[citation needed] winning the silver medal in the 4 x 100 m relay at the 1991 World Championships.[citation needed]
