I, YK Times, feel this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

it is not being used for commercial use, which is against the terms of use,
the image is only being used for informational purposes,
the image is not replaceable by an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted one,
the image portrays the front cover of the Yellowknifer, the only article in which it is used, and
