Yekaterina Lavrentyeva (born June 26, 1981) is a Russian luger who has competed since the late 1990s. A natural track luger, she won five medals at the FIL World Luge Natural Track Championships with four medals in women's singles (Gold: 2000, 2005, 2007; Silver: 2003) and a silver in the mixed team event (2005).
Lavrentyeva also won three medals in the women's singles event at the FIL European Luge Natural Track Championships with two golds (2004, 2008) and a silver in 2002.
