Yekaterina Ivakina

Yekaterina Ivakina (born 7 December 1964 in Stavropol) is a Russian javelin thrower.

She was born Yekaterina Slyadneva, and has previously been married Yekaterina Krasnikova.

She finished fifth at the 1993 World Championships and eighth at the 1995 World Championships. She competed at the Olympic Games in 2000 and 2004 without reaching the final.

Her personal best throw is 64.89 metres, achieved in July 2000 in Oslo.
