Ye Myo, (Mon:Image:Jkl.gif), was the old town of Mon people situated in the south end of Mon State, Myanmar (Burma). As it is a train terminal since the British occupation and a sea port city, it trades with local cities in Myanmar, by train, and by sea routes.

Ye is rich in natural resources since the beginning of the city. It is mountainous and has a warm, moderate weather and receives an East Monsoon during winter. While Ye is home to betel nut, rubber plantation, fishery and production, its economy is among the top score. There is an old airport runway, which is a covered in red plane surface at five kilometers North of Ye. Ye river is flowing east to west into the gulf of Martaban.

Ye is a city centre for education of Mon language, however it was also a centre of slave labours during the 1990s construction of railway extension from Ye to (Tavoy, called Dawei) in the Tanintharyi Division.
