Yaw Shin Leong (Chinese: 饶欣龙) (born 1976) is currently the Organising Secretary of The Workers' Party of Singapore.
In 2006 Singapore Parliamentary General Election, Shin Leong was Candidate and Leader of The Workers' Party's Ang Mo Kio Group Representative Constituency Team that secured more than one-third of the votes against the incumbent People's Action Party's Team headed by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
Shin Leong is the Regional Sales Representative of East World Co., Ltd (Vietnam). He also has stakes in Easto Global LLP (Singapore) and Acemark Consultants Pte Ltd (Singapore). Graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Western Sydney, he also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA, Merit) degree in Political Science & Sociology from National University of Singapore.
Shin Leong joined WP in June 2001 and is currently also the Chairman of WP Central Area Committee. He is a firm believer in National Defence and serves as a company combat medic in his National Service (NS) battalion. A Christian, he subscribes to Proverbs 31: 8-9.
