[edit] Fair Use rationale for Dennō Senshi Porygon

I believe the use of this image falls under fair use, because of the reasons mentioned above. Specifically, because the image illustrates the scene from episode 25, it also adds something significant to the article on Dennō Senshi Porygon. The article discusses the Pokemon Shock incident, which resembles the incident caused by episode 25 of Yat Anshin Uchuu Ryokou. This, in my opinion, is an interesting fact, which should not go unnoticed. Face 21:29, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
