[edit] NUCES OSAF

This article was deleted because the article did not explain why this group would be notable or important or significant enough to belong in an encyclopedia. It may be more appropriate for you to write a short paragraph to add to National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences about the group. I have added a welcome message below with many useful links about writing on Wikipedia. —Centrxtalk • 15:27, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.

If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:OSAF logo.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:OSAF logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] German names of english movies

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article German names of english movies, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. 172.165.180.207 02:37, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Non-free use disputed for Image:Shark attack film.jpg

Warning sign This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Shark attack film.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 03:39, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Toba Tek Singh

Hello,

Way back in February you added a comment to Talk:Toba Tek Singh, saying that the current Toba Tek Singh should be moved to Toba Tek Singh District, with the article for the city taking its place. I have requested the pages to be moved. If you still think it should be moved, please add a comment to the talk page, otherwise ignore :-)

[edit] WikiProject Germany Invitation

Hello, Yasirniazkhan! I'd like to call your attention to the WikiProject Germany and the German-speaking Wikipedians' notice board. I hope their links, sub-projects and discussions are interesting and even helpful to you. If not, I hope that new ones will be.

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Shark attack film.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Shark attack film.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
