Yaroslav Vynokur (born June 6, 1974, Odessa, Ukraine) is a professional Russian billiards player from Ukraine.
He plays Russian billiards, He is a two-time Ukraine and World Champion.[citation needed]

His most notable sports achievements are:
- Absolute Сhampion of the World, 2003 (St.Petersburg, Russia).
- Silver prizewinner of the World Championship 2001 (Vilnius, Lithuania).
- Silver prizewinner of the European Championship 2002 (Minsk, Belarus).
- Champion of Ukraine, 2003, 2004.
- Champion of Eurasia, 2003 (Karaganda, Kazakhstan).
- Champion of Asia Open Cup 2002 (Almaty, Kazakhstan).

Yaroslav started playing billiards when he was 14 and turned professional when he was 21 (1995). Besides Russian billiards, he also plays American pool.
He is also the joint owner of the billiards club "Odyn" (One) in Odessa, which is the largest billiards club in Ukraine. It measures 1,500 square metres and offers Russian billiards, pool and snooker.
