Yaniv Green (Hebrew: יַנִיב גְּרִין‎, born May 16, 1980 in Herzliya, Israel) is an Israeli professional basketball player who currently plays for CSK VSS Samara and for the Israel national basketball team.Green is a 2.04 cm tall Center/Power forward.
Yaniv was a main factor in the surprising second place of the U20 Israeli national team, in the 2001 European championship. He also was part of that team when they played in the U21 World Championship and finished 7th. Playing for the Israeli national team, Green was the leading rebounder in Eurobasket 2007, averaging 9.3 rebounds per game.[1]
