Yan is a major town and district in Kedah, Malaysia. Yan town is the administrative centre of Yan district, complete with administrative facilities. Its lifestyle is laid-back and slow-paced, with weekend attractions of natural waterfalls nearby. The waterfalls are known as Tangga Kenari/Titi Hayun and Batu Hampar.[1]
