Fixya is a technical support information website designed to help consumers repair and troubleshoot product problems by themselves [1]. With the growing popularity of "virtual community" web sites Fixya is offering a web 2.0 approach to technical service. Fixya's community members serve both by posting questions and as advisers. Fixya also includes information and manuals for consumer electronic products.
