Fixya is a technical support information website designed to help consumers repair and troubleshoot product problems by themselves [1]. With the growing popularity of "virtual community" web sites Fixya is offering a web 2.0 approach to technical service. Fixya's community members serve both by posting questions and as advisers. Fixya also includes information and manuals for consumer electronic products.

Fixya aggregates all post-sale information (Manuals, User guides, FAQ’s Troubleshooting, Drivers, etc.) of consumer products. In addition, Fixya serves as a knowledge base of support questions and answers, that is being constantly updated by its community self generated threads.

In early March 2007 Fixya raised $4 Million [2] form Mayfield and Pitango VCs.
