Which flag should be displayed in the infobox for Shanghai? I changed it to the PRC flag because Shanghai is presently part of the People's Republic of China but this was reverted shortly afterwards to the ROC flag without any edit summary. Is the ROC flag being used because this was correct for the year 1929? Thanks. --SRHamilton 21:52, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
