[edit] Persphone
(assuming this is the person from 24.94.248.220)
Hi. Our main concern is that the article is about what the Greeks and Romans believed and what has been the general concensus in the last 2000 years. We want the information in the article to be well documented. While The King Must Die might be well researched, its a novel so we can't be sure what was part of the research and what was the author's imagination. If there was research for the novel and it says what you are updating, then we would want the reference to that research, not the novel itself. For now, I would suggest the information that is in the novel but can't be confirmed in a standard research document be put into the The King Must Die article and we reference it as a "Modern Adaptation" or something like that.
Here's why. Someone coming to the article who is, say, trying to understand who Persephone is from reading an older poem from the 1600s or something may come here and would get the wrong impression of what the poet thought about Perephone if the later, possibly new, family tree is described here.
